You'll benefit from holistic and integrative approaches aimed to provide the right support at the right time for you, the client. I work with your physical, psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. We work together in a compassionate, and non-judgmental way.

Our Internal Family

Internal Family Systems (IFS) help you understand and work through different parts of yourself. Just like how a family has different members, our minds also have different parts, such as the part that is always worried, the part that is confident, or the part that is angry.

In IFS therapy, we explore these different parts of your mind and help you understand why they are there and what they need. We also work on building a relationship between these different parts, so they can work together more effectively.

Through this process, you will learn to understand and accept all parts of yourself, even the parts that may be causing problems. This helps you feel more balanced and at peace.

Space for All Emotions

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a type of therapy that focuses on improving communication and emotional connection within relationships. EFT helps clients identify and express their emotions in a safe and supportive environment, with the goal of increasing understanding and intimacy between partners. Through this process, clients can learn to recognize and change negative relationship patterns, build stronger emotional bonds, and improve their overall relationship satisfaction.

Mindful, Compassionate and Narrative-Based

It's normal to feel overwhelmed by worries about the future or regrets about the past. We all have stories we tell ourselves, and sometimes those stories can make us feel stuck or trapped. But there are therapeutic tools that can help us break free from those narratives. Mindfulness can help us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings in the present moment, while narrative therapy can help us examine and reframe the stories we tell ourselves. By bringing presence to our inner and outer landscape, we can learn to live more fully in the present and create a more positive future.

Nature-based Practices

Ecotherapy and ecopsychology are therapeutic approaches that focus on our relationship with nature and the environment. It emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting our interconnectedness with nature and how it impacts our psychological and emotional health. Nature-based practices can be helpful in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress by promoting mindfulness, reducing isolation, and fostering a sense of connection to the natural world.

Making the Unconcious, Conscious

Depth psychology (Jungian) offers a unique and insightful perspective on the human psyche and the therapeutic process. Emphasizing the exploration of the unconscious and the symbolic dimensions of the self. Encouraging individuals to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, confronting the complexities of their inner worlds to find meaning and purpose in their lives.

Working in such a realm highlights the importance of embracing one's inner depths, addressing unresolved conflicts, and fostering personal growth. As a counsellor, I draw inspiration and wisdom to guide clients through their own inner landscapes, helping them navigate the intricate terrain of the soul and ultimately find a path toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
